- Acts of piracy (cyber criminals)
- Virus (infection of your own or other people's systems)
- Errors or omissions by insureds resulting from bad practices by users
- Infidelity resulting from a security breach by an employee.

Damages
- To databases and any other data.
- To computer programs
- Misappropriation of data or money
- For any of the covered damages incurred in own or suppliers' facilities that produce the interruption.
- For customer claims under the LOPD arising from the exposure of the data
- Claims by third parties harmed by content on social networks
- Sanctions by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos)
