Information to the entire organization

In the company we have an Internal Information System to comply with the law 2/2023, of
February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report violations
regulations and anti-corruption, in order to detect early possible
irregularities within the organization and take preventive measures to prevent its future
commission, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal control processes.

The Internal Information System guarantees the confidentiality of the person who reports
infractions committed in the entity, protecting him/her against retaliation, discrimination and
any other type of unfair treatment.

The company also guarantees accessibility to the Internal Information System and protection of
informant through the technological platform integrated in the Internal Information System itself
, whose purpose is to keep, record and preserve the actions that take place as a result of the submission of information to which Law 2/2023 is applicable
