The group accident insurance is intended to guarantee the contracted capital in the event of an accident both in the exercise of the profession and in private life.

Accident is understood as any bodily injury resulting from a violent, sudden and unintentional cause beyond the Insured's control.

  • Permanent disability
  • Death

To be taken into account

The following cases shall not be the consequence of an accident:

  • Those caused intentionally by the insured party
  • Those occurring on the occasion of earthquakes, wars, riots, and revolutions
  • Diseases of any nature (except as indicated in occupational diseases).
  • Those caused by atmospheric temperature (sunshine, freezing)
  • Those due to quarrels, duels, bets, races, competitions...
  • Persons over 70 years of age are not insurable.
