SIALP

The Individual Long-Term Savings Insurance, also known as SIALP, is a financial instrument aimed at accumulating long-term savings through periodic and/or extraordinary contributions, with tax advantages and providing clients with the security of having a certain interest rate during the entire period of their savings, offering a capital at maturity known in advance at the time the contribution is made.

As it is a life insurance policy, it has an additional capital sum in case of death for the beneficiaries.

Coverage

The characteristics of Individual Long-Term Savings Insurance (SIALP) are:

  • Maximum annual contribution limit of 5.000€.
  • It has liquidity in case it needs to be redeemed after the first annuity has elapsed

  • After 5 years, in the event of redemption, the income obtained up to that time is exempt from taxation.

  • It can be transferred, like pension plans, from one SIALP to another, without having to redeem it and without having to pay it back.

  • You can only have one

To be taken into account

It is always capital and interest guaranteed, but the conditions of the rate will depend on the Company and the age of the insured.

Since it is a life insurance policy, specific beneficiaries can be designated and, since it is outside the estate, it can be settled before the inheritance process is finalized, and in many cases, the expenses of said process can be met with the policy's proceeds.
