As part of this drive for innovation, Agroseguro has incorporated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology in one of the most important processes for policy management: automatically linking the premium transfer payment to the policy to which it corresponds.
RPA technology allows the use of software robots to perform repetitive and complex tasks, such as, for example, processing forms, data entry, performing controls, sending communications, etc. The benefits obtained with the incorporation of this technological advance are numerous, but all of them result in the improvement of the quality of customer service. This is due to the fact that the processes in which RPA technology is incorporated are carried out more quickly and with higher quality, the data extracted will be more reliable and the savings in time and effort are very significant.
