Behind them, companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors stand out, where 38.7% of companies offer a private pension plan to their employees.

On the other hand, among the areas of activity with the lowest implementation of this collective social welfare system, transportation and logistics ( 7.1%) and industry stand out, where only 16.9% of companies have private pension plans.
