Coverage

The purpose of the Ten-Year Warranty insurance is to comply with the obligation to guarantee structural damage to a building used as a dwelling within a determined period of 10 years.

The coverages offered are those established by law for structural defects during the ten-year period.

There are complementary coverages to the main policy:

  • Three-year warranty for installations
  • Annual warranty for finishes

To be taken into account

In the Ten-Year Warranty insurance, the following must be taken into account:

  • Necessity of a previous geotechnical study
  • Contracting of OCT (Technical Control Organization) for construction quality control.
  • It is a damage insurance and not a liability insurance
